According to GUIA, new cars sold for the month of November 2022 totaled 9,147 units, a -2.1% decrease compared to November 2021 (9,346 units). This is the eight-month in 2022 with a decrease in sales in a year-over-year comparison. Year-to-date sales total 112,522 units, a -4.1% compared to the same period last year (117,336 units).
Sales for November compared to October show a -18.1% decline after October had record new car unit sales.

Sales by maker:
- Japanese brands decreased their sales by -7.9% compared to November 2021. Market share decreased from 52.2% to 49.1%. Toyota had the largest increase in sales at 18.8% and expanded its market share from 21.6% to 26.2%.
- US brands increased their sales by 24.1% and increased their market share to 23%. Ford, Chrysler, and GM reported an increase in sales.
- Korean maker brands decreased their sales by -13.2% while holding 22.1% of the market share. Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis reported a decrease in sales.
- European brands increased their sales by 19.3% with Volvo, Audi, and Ferrari, among others reporting an increase in sales.
